Withdrawals are placed on hold during the verification period. zeus77 is not liable for any financial loss arising from delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate document submissions by the Member.
Submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a serious criminal offence. zeus77 will permanently close any account found to have submitted fraudulent documentation and will report the matter to the relevant authorities.
All deposits on the zeus77 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposit transactions:
Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically credited within 30 seconds. Local bank transfers are credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Transfers initiated outside these hours may take up to 30 minutes to reflect.
zeus77 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests:
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's name. Supported withdrawal channels mirror the deposit methods listed in Clause 5.1.

Bonuses are entirely optional. Members may choose to decline any bonus at the time it is offered. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering activity has commenced, the bonus cannot be reversed.

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the zeus77 Platform use official draw results from recognised draw providers. zeus77 does not influence draw outcomes. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw time.

In all cases where zeus77 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of zeus77 to a Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
zeus77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zeus77 is licensed and incorporated.
zeus77 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Where Indonesian consumer-protection statutes provide Members with rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights are preserved in full and nothing in these Terms is intended to override them.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Member and zeus77 within 30 days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, to be conducted in English.
